As I understand (untested) the following issue could occur in the end game scoring
**Set up**
Player 1: has the city of mirrors location
Player 2: has a location worth 10pts to player 1
Player 3 (or also player 2): has a loot location they gained 12pts from
**Issue** When the end scoring was calculated, the game currently takes the highest scoring location. In the case of a loot location, this would take the achieved score for the other players looting (12pts)
**Expected** If there was both a points location AND a loot location available to copy at the end of the game, player 1 should have a choice to take the highest points (10pts) OR to copy the loot location and explore
If they choose to copy the loot location, they should then do their own hunt and take all rewards (if any) and not just copy the other players score
All rewards would then be used when calculating the at m end scoring including additional allies, points and keys (see below) -

Report history
If player 1 only had points / or loot locations to copy, they would only have a single choice
If in the previous scenario, player 1 also had 2 keys at the end of the game and drew another key as part of the city of mirrors 'copy location' hunt, they should then be able to take another location after exploring (presuming they take the loot and don't lose it)
This would be the same as using a loot location in game where players could chain taking of locations. In the end game, this essentially allows a player with the city of mirrors to take the full location action at the end of the game before any scoring is done
I am not sure if this chaining has been tested as it might be quite hard to set up organically but it may be a good scenario to try?

I had the City of Mirrors don't understand why I didn't get to choose which location I could copy at the end, knowing that my opponent had a loot location (Abandoned Convoy) and the Chamber of Allies.
