Detailed description

• Please copy/paste the error message you see on your screen, if applicable.
In the endgame, thekingoflion (Taklons) used their brainstone to form a federation, and thus had zero power satellites left, and then subsequently passed their turn. Afterwards, I (Bescods) expected to have several turns in a row, and build an academy next to Taklons' academy without issue. However, when I build a mine on my transdim Gaia planet next to Taklons' mine, I was surprised to see that theknigoflion is "deciding whether to charge power" despite having no power available to charge. This likely won't be problematic here, but there could be instances in real-time games where a player passes and exits Board Game Arena thinking their game is over, and other players cannot finish the game because of a faulty "deciding whether to charge power" option.
