This is according to the rules:
"The players choose their intermezzo tile starting with the player that has the fewest harmony points, and in reverse order of harmony points"
Now
Malvolio regular turn

Malvolio regular turn
Since nothing is mentioned about player order changing as a result of the intermezzo, it should be my turn there.
