I've tucked three different cards now (2 in a different game, 1 in this game). The UI showed them behind the stack, then I confirmed, and the UI brought them to the FRONT of the stack.

You can see this in the logs for this game – I put the Carbon Capture and Storage card behind the other cards in the 5th stack. I don't know how to get the move number; it happened in round 1.

When the update showing the number of times you've used an action appeared, so did this bug.
