When I chose to retreat my artillery (for strategic purpose), the medal remained on the ground and don't move with. So the enemy infantry captured it with a "Take Ground", while my artillery is still alive.

Quand j'ai choisi de faire battre en retraite mon artillerie (dans un but stratégique), la médaille est restée sur le terrain d'origine et ne s'est pas déplacée avec. Du coup l'infanterie ennemie l'a capturée avec une prise de terrain, alors que mon unité d'artillerie est toujours en vie.
(Certes elle meurt peu de temps après, mais là n'est pas la question...)
Your bug has probably been fixed already, or was linked to a temporary failure of BGA service.
In any case, when filling a bug report, make sure to have an explicit title linked to the incident (ex: with error message), so other players can recognize it and vote for it.
