Not able to replay the game, still in progress, although not sure how to proceed without knowing where the downsized watchtower should be.

Report history
with error:
Invalid location for downsizing, must be within original building boundaries
Fixed now (won't be able to undo the bad placement though I suggest collectively abandon the game and start a new on)
