Ark Nova rules explicitly says you may choose the order of bonuses applied after playing an animal card, including the appeal, conservation points, reputation, effects, etc.
Venom is consistently not applied to opponent when their appeal is below yours before the appeal from the animal played is taken into account. This is so even when selecting to apply venom first before taking the appeal for the animal. Please fix as this is just not according to the rules. -
