The BGA rules summary states, " if the deck is depleted, nobody wins." I just played a game in which the deck was depleted, but my opponent was listed as 1st and I was listed as 2nd. My opponent's arena elite points and ELO were increased and mine were reduced. My opponent had 8 cards and I had 12 cards. It appears that a tie breaker is being used based on the number of cards remaining in the hand.
