In this case, Automa should have changed its favorite track since the Shadow Empire had passed it on Technology, but Shadow Empire should not have since there were no further advanced tokens than it on Exploration. However, in this implementation, the Shadow Empire did change its track to Technology, and Automa did not change its track.
