We've been curating a good group of friendly gamers here, with varying tastes in games and excellent BGA reputations.
Please feel free to open new games here on BGA, invite fellow This Way Community members, or just post about an open game on the group’s board. (Others here will definitely join in!).

Assume that all games posted in the group are turn-based (asynchronous) unless otherwise specified.
Are you a non-Premium member looking to play some Premium games? A lot of Premium members in the group will be happy to open a table for you — just request a game in the Recent Activity area!

ℹ️ TO OPEN UP A GAME FOR THE GROUP:

✅ Pick a game you want to play (if you're not a Premium member 🌟 but want to play a Premium game, just request for someone here to open one!).
✅ Add the number of desired players and select any other set-up settings (variant ways to play, expansions, etc).
✅ Important: RESTRICT the game to "This Way Community." In the classic BGA user-interface (see below how to access), just click the "restrict table access" link in the upper right corner of the list of Players at the table. In the newer BGA user-interface, just click on the green icon (of people going into a door) to access the restriction settings. Then choose "This Way Community" where it says Restrict to Group.
✅ Copy the URL of the table you just created and then create a new post on the This Way Community page and paste the URL link there, with some details of the game (# of players, any set-up settings you think people should know, etc). The majority of the time this works, BUT -- in rare cases it hasn't. Posting from the phone or the BGA Android app has caused issues, so try doing it from a computer if possible. If you encounter any issues or need help, just let me (@antonkawasaki) know about it, and I'll be happy to help.
✅ If you're shy about posting, just send me (@antonkawasaki) any URL links of open games, and I'll include them in the open-game posts that I do a couple of times each week.
✅ After you've posted, just sit back and wait for people to join! Most lighter-weight games fill up fast. Heavier games may take a bit longer, so you may NOT want to do maximum player count for those. After a few days, if the tables don't fill (rare for this group), they will get cancelled automatically — so you can start the games earlier with fewer players if you want to avoid that. You can edit your posts later to mark tables as "Full" if you want, but it's not required.

ℹ️ TO ACCESS THE CLASSIC USER-INTERFACE FOR GAME INVITES

Instead of using the search field in the BGA menu, go to the Play Now page.
Scroll down to the middle of the page to the "Find a Game” section (it’s small, so easy to miss). Start to type the name of the game, and then (this is very important) make sure to click on the IMAGE and NOT the title. If you click on the title, it takes you to the NEW UI. But if you click on the image, the “Create a New Table” box will appear on that page for that game. And yes, it’s easier to share games via the Classic UI, it seems.
