DogEgg258Welcome to the quick tutorial for *Next Station: London* !
You are hired to redesign the underground of London. Will you be the best metro planner?1archivecontrol_editmode_centercomment000
DogEgg258The game is played over *4 rounds*. In each round, all players draw the specific Underground line that matches their current *pencil color*, which is now [green]green[/green]. 2archivecontrol_editmode_centercomment000nex_plpencil_90665546 1
DogEgg258Each round included several turns(between 5 and 10) according to the *Station cards* that are flipped over. 3nex_card_station_current000
DogEgg258Now, we should either draw a line or pass.
Of course, we should draw a line.
Line must always begin [green]from the departure station[/green] and end with a station with the same symbol as shown on the *Station card*.
Also, a line must be a single straight line following the grey potential lines on the map.
Click the *departure station*. Then click the *Station* we want to add. 4nex_station_90665546_10_3010nex_station_90665546_4_3 17 nex_station_90665546_7_3 18
DogEgg258Good job.
When all player finishes their move, flip over a new card and start the next turn.
There are a total of *4 symbol* types for stations: *circle*, *triangle*, *Pentagon*, and *square*.
In the central district, there is a *"?" symbol* station. It may seek as *any symbol*. 1nex_card_station_current628de55d0eaf400nex_station_90665546_6_4 6
DogEgg258Here you can see which cards are flipped over(used). Sometimes it helps you to plan your map.
Shuffle these *11 station cards* when a round starts.
Each turn flip over 1 card (except 1 condition).
When the 5th underground card(pink & yellow background) flip over, it signals the end of this round. After drawing a line, the round end. 2nex_ministation_5_std628de55d0eaf400

DogEgg258It seems to be the right time to talk about scoring.

2nex_scorepad_90665546628de6029e5c900
DogEgg258For the line score, count by each round (line):
First, count *how many different districts* the line pass through.
!!! District split by yellow line which means London has *9 main districts + 4 conner districts*.
Put the number in the box in the first line.
3nex_scorepad_90665546628de6029e5c900
DogEgg258Then, find the district with the most station. Count *how many stations* are in that district. Put the number in the box in the second line.
For example: The district with the most station of pink line is the central district. There are 6 stations in this district. 4nex_scorepad_90665546628de6029e5c900nex_station_90665546_5_4 6 nex_station_90665546_6_4 6 nex_station_90665546_7_4 6 nex_station_90665546_6_5 6 nex_station_90665546_5_7 6 nex_station_90665546_7_7 6
DogEgg258Count *how many times* the line crosses the Thames. Put the number in the third line.
Multiply the number of *districts* and *stations* just counted. Then add *crosses Thames time* multiply by 2. This will be the score of the line.5nex_score_final_total_90665546628de6029e5c900nex_score_central_90665546_2 1 nex_score_central_90665546_3 1
DogEgg258Don't forget the *Tourist site stops*. Cross out a circle on the bottom *tourist site score track* for *every tourist site on your line*. No matter if this station is on another line or not.
Scores on the *tourist site score track* will be counted at the end of the game. 6nex_score_central_90665546_3628de6029e5c900nex_station_90665546_6_4 2 nex_station_90665546_10_7 2 nex_score_central_90665546_2 2 nex_score_central_90665546_3 2
DogEgg258For the *interchange stations score*, count at the end:
Each 2-line interchange stations seek as 2 points.
3-line interchange stations seek as 5 points.
4-line interchange stations seek as 9 points.
7nex_score_hub_90665546_2628de6029e5c900
DogEgg258For the *objective score*, count once an objective is done.
Objectives are shown under the pencil power card. In each game there are random two objectives. When an objective is done, cross the box and gain 10 points.
8nex_score_obj_total_90665546628de6029e5c900nex_objective_1 1 nex_objective_4 1
