#162140: "Need a Cancel/Undo action when using a power"

When using Relativity Psi I picked a Star that had no supply left. The power is asking me to place the star but there is no star to place. There is no option to cancel/undo. The interface wants me to select a spot to put the Star but there are no stars in supply so I get a pop-up telling me there are no stars available... but the only option I have is to place the star....
