The description of one of the public goals reads...
"The player whose companies won the most Capital Assets will receive $200"
This is wording is ambiguous and can be interpreted as the player whose companies won the most capital assets in total throughout the game.
I would suggest something like...
"The player with the most Capital Assets across all of their companies will win $200"
or
"The player whose companies have the most active Capital Assets will win $200"
