The interface blocked me from doing a game action authorized by the rules

• What was the game action you wanted to do?
I wanted to buy a market card• What did you try to do to trigger this game action?
Did not have the option, automatically chose watering and didnt get to choose market card• What happened when you tried to do this (error message, game status bar message, ...)?

All actions were performed correctly. You just didn't have options then.
For example, you were able to choose whether to water plants or get a card in Move 44.
Don't forget you need seeds in harvest house at least the number of fruits on the card plus Market Premium to acquire one.

I have noticed many times, If I make the active farm the correct one, and have the seeds in my market, It still won't give me the option too buy a market card.
It seems like there is some other criteria that I cannot seem to grasp, but this is not described in rules. Makes it look random.
F5 did not seem too work
Problem occurs randomly but often

Again, the cost is the number of fruits on the card plus market premium seen above the card.

Move #29
For 3 of my moves leading up, why can I not buy strawberries, I have had 2 seeds in the market, there is a strawberry at the end of the market card list, and a growing number of seeds on the strawberry farm. The rules seem to say that I should be able to choose to take a market card. What rule is preventing this?
