In this single elimination tournament, a player who had won their first round game then left the tournament while they weren't in any games. When the other game finished, BGA couldn't put the winner into the next game against a player who had already left the tournament, so it never declared the 1st round game complete. In the game log, one player is listed as the winner, then several days later "All players with a positive clock chose to a abandon game". On the table configuration page (boardgamearena.com/table?table=325930010) it's still listed as "In Progress", and on the tournament page itself, it's listed as being "94% complete" (boardgamearena.com/tournament?id=179835).
