Detailed description
• Which part of the rules was not followed by the BGA adaptation?
I had a card in my Hand, the Factory,
IT required two wood, two stone, three gold, and one building worker. I had all of those resources, and the required worker.
But. when I went to the GUildhall action, it did not offer me the option of building it.
I read through the rules, and I don't think I was missing anything.• Is the rules violation visible on game replay? If yes, at which move number?

You never had a worker with the hammer, which the factory requires, you had two workers with axes

I am trying to build the University which requires 4 brick, 2 wood, 3 stone and 2 marble, in addition to having 2 workers with hammers and one with a trowel (yellow symbol). It would not let me play this or 2 other buildings I have the resources for - only the lumber camp, which is the lowest point building I have. Please help resolve this issue or I’m definitely going to lose this game.
