Detailed description
• Which part of the rules was not followed by the BGA adaptation?
Player got the FOY, and was auto-protected from multiple mutinies, and the card wasn't discarded.
• Is the rules violation visible on game replay? If yes, at which move number?

I am doing research around this now and will let you know. But it I bet it is a bug related to the Atlantis card existing too. It'll take me a bit of time to investigate, root cause, and fix.

Yes! I found the bug! Thank you for reporting. The but was specifically related to marooning a via the mutiny captain when they had a Fountain of Youth. It failed to transition correctly.
